CANDLES HAVE ALWAYS MEANT HOME TO ME

Anyone who knew my mom knew she was obsessed with candles. There was always one burning somewhere in our house. One of my earliest memories is making candles with her when I was a very young girl. A funky and fun little art project that somehow stuck with me all these years.

Somewhere along the way, I fell out of love with store-bought candles. Every candle I bought seemed to smell great in the jar but turned flat, heavy or really artificial-smelling once lit. I was also tired of the soot on the glass, and even on the walls, so I simply stopped burning them.

Then I went back to where it all began and started making my own.

Every Prickly Provisions candle is hand-poured in a small batch right here in Phoenix and tested until it smells as beautiful when lit as it does in the jar. That's where the "prickly" comes in: only candle-safe ingredients, nothing that doesn't belong, and scents that fill your home without taking it over.
